In Rhythm & Flow, a cast of 14 hip-hop dancers, parkour athletes, a pole artist and musicians meet around the edges of the stage. What happens when the rhythms of these different disciplines merge or clash?
Inspired by the phenomenon of murmerations, in which flocks of birds move through the air, choreographer Marco Gerris makes the different disciplines merge and diverge again.
A dancer challenges a musician, they step up the beat and feel the adrenaline pumping. They throw themselves wholeheartedly into each other's flow. Feel your heart rate soar with spectacular choreography around a tough set, power moves on the platforms and rousing live music. Feel the rhythm and surrender to the moment.
