In 1976, Boney M. scored her first international hit with 'Daddy Cool'. Fifty years later, it is time to relive these iconic disco sounds in an explosive live show full of recognition, glitz and pure seventies vibes.
'Daddy Cool Turns 50' is an ode to the golden disco era, the music of Boney M. and master producer Frank Farian. A tight live band and three top vocalists perform classics like 'Ma Baker', 'Rasputin', 'Rivers of Babylon', 'Sunny' and 'Daddy Cool.' Although these songs were immensely popular in the 70s and 80s, they have rarely been performed live. This show will change that; for the first time, the iconic Farian hits will be played as they were intended; energetic, musical and without concessions. 2026 marks 50 years of Boney M. and the enduring influence of Frank Farian, including successes by bands such as 'Eruption', 'La Bouche' and the controversial 'Milli Vanilli'.
