Maaspoort hereby announces that Roel Noten has decided to step down as chairman of the supervisory board. The cooperation with the director and a difference of opinion on the supervisory vision with the other members of the Supervisory Board led to this decision.
Since his appointment, Roel Noten has made a constructive contribution to the development and supervision of the organisation's strategic course. The Board and the Supervisory Board express their gratitude for his commitment and involvement during this period.
The organisation and the Supervisory Board will use the coming period to come to a new interpretation of the chairmanship in good consultation.
Maaspoort thanks Roel Noten for his commitment and dedication during his chairmanship and wishes him every success in his current and future ventures.
