For a working session on cross-border cooperation on support for migrant workers, we welcomed a delegation from the Netherlands and North Rhine Westphalia. The day started relaxed with a reception in the Piet Kingma foyer, after which the programme continued in the Piet Kingma hall. Momentarily out of focus? Then the group walked straight back to the foyer for a coffee break, without any fuss or searching.
In the hall, everything was ready for a substantive session with lots of interaction. Cabaret set-up at tables, professional presentation technology and, as an extra layer, an interpreters' booth, fully integrated into the set-up so that multilingual communication simply became part of the programme. This is exactly what this type of meeting calls for: a space that adapts to your content, not the other way around.
At noon, the event moved to the Rooftop bar for lunch. With a self-service arrangement for coffee, tea, soft drinks and water, the flow was maintained, while guests were able to relax.
Afterwards, the client particularly praised the cooperation: "fine contact in advance, short lines of communication on the day itself, and a lot of expertise for technical wishes". That is also what you feel here: calm in the execution, room for content, and a team that sees details before they become a problem.
